Private file upload is not connected yet. Use a secure reference link or send files after booking. When files are applicable and still missing, the queue prepares a four-hour reminder; missing files do not automatically cancel the session.

4. Review policy and continue

Standard sessions require a 50% deposit. The card may be saved with your authorization for the remaining balance, but the balance is charged only after an authorized engineer or administrator reviews the final summary and selects “Confirm and Charge Card.”

Cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a refund, non-expiring booking credit, or reschedule. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit unless an administrator approves an exception.

Approved overtime is billed in 15-minute increments at 150% of the selected engineer's normal rate.

I am 18 or older, I accept the Recording terms described above and the Terms of Service, and I acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If the client is 15–17, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian booking and signing on their behalf.
