Payment
Recording requires a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is charged only after the engineer or an administrator confirms the session is complete.

What should I bring?
Bring the material and references you already have. Jilted will confirm any session-specific preparation when responding.
How long is a session?
Standard sessions are 1, 2, or 4 hours. Requests longer than 4 hours receive manual review and a custom quote.
Can I request another studio?
Yes. Alternate studios require a custom quote and written approval. Your default-studio booking stays in place unless you approve the alternate price. If the alternate is unavailable or you reject its price, keep the default booking or cancel for a full refund.
Does the session rate include a studio?
Yes. Each engineer's standard rate includes their default studio. Jilted confirms the location and preparation details with the booking.
Are mixing and mastering included in the session rate?
No. Mixing and mastering are separate from the recording-session price unless Jilted expressly includes them in writing or you book them as a separate service.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund or non-expiring credit. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit; administrators may approve exceptions.
