Confirmed team

How it works
- Submit the event, venue, and production requirements you know.
- Jilted reviews feasibility and scope, then schedules a consultation.
- Jilted prepares an internal estimate and sends a written quote.
- Approve the quote and sign the contract, then pay the 50% deposit to secure the date.
- Jilted assigns staffing and plans equipment ahead of the event.
- Attend the event; Sam or Dom leads the production team.
- The remaining 50% is automatically charged once the event is completed, unless an administrator overrides the charge.
Payment
Live Production is custom quoted after a consultation. A 50% deposit is due once the contract is signed; it secures the event date. The remaining 50% is automatically charged when the event is completed unless an administrator delays, changes, or overrides the charge. FAQ
Can I book a date directly from the website?
No. Live Production always requires a consultation and Jilted's review before anything is booked. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date.
When is my event date secured?
Only after the contract is signed, the 50% deposit is paid, and Jilted confirms the booking. Until then, Jilted may accept another confirmed project for the same date.
How is the remaining balance charged?
The remaining 50% is automatically charged to the saved card when the event is completed, unless an administrator delays, changes, or overrides the charge.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 14 days before the event, the deposit may be refunded minus nonrecoverable expenses. 7–14 days before, the deposit is nonrefundable but may transfer once to a rescheduled date. Fewer than 7 days before, the deposit is forfeited. Within 48 hours of the event, or if required access, information, or approvals are missing, the full contracted balance may become due. Administrators may override this policy in exceptional circumstances.

No. You describe what you need; Sam determines the specific equipment internally based on the event scope, venue conditions, and production requirements.
